About the Williams Center

At Dusk 1111

Our home is your home

For the evening, for the season, for four years as a student. The Williams Center is the heart of the arts at Lafayette College—and at the forefront of the arts in the region.

An Ideal Spot

The Williams Center’s location on Easton’s College Hill puts it close to some of the Delaware and Lehigh Valleys’ finest features. Not to mention, close to you—just minutes from Route 78 and Route 22, and an easy drive from New York City, Philadelphia, Bucks County, the Poconos, Reading, and points in between.

An Ideal Bond

Our unique relationship with Lafayette College is characterized by a constant flow of ideas between the Williams Center family (audiences and visiting artists included) and the scholarly community at large. Pushing each other to act boldly, take creative risks, do great things.

An Ideal Visit

Coming for a performance? Make a night of it by starting at one of the many great restaurants in Easton’s booming food scene. Arrive early to spend time at the Williams Center Gallery or to engage with the performers—many join us for pre-performance talks in the hour before the curtain rises. Stroll around Lafayette’s gorgeous campus or soak up the history in beautiful downtown Easton.
