Click here to buy ticketsSince its founding in 2004, the young Belgian ensemble Vox Luminis has emerged as one of the foremost practitioners of Renaissance and Baroque vocal music. Under the direction of bass and founder Lionel Meunier, the members are acclaimed for their superb individual voices, flawless tonal quality, and clarity of sound, delivered with unassuming style. Their recordings have garnered such prestigious awards as Gramophone’s Recording of the Year and the International Classical Music Award. The program includes Domenico Scarlatti’s 10-part motet Stabat Mater, the work that inspired the founding of Vox Luminis.
