When should I arrive?
Our doors generally open 30 minutes prior to the performance start time. For a relaxing and enjoyable experience, we encourage you to arrive early, particularly if you need to stop at the Box Office. In many cases, the Williams Center Art Gallery will be open for your pre-show enjoyment.
What if I am going to be late to a performance?
Out of consideration for your fellow guests, late seating is at the discretion of the front-of-house staff and agreed upon in advance with the artist. There may be opportunities for late seating during designated pauses in the program which, in some cases, may not be until intermission.
My tickets are at Will Call. How do I pick them up?
The Williams Center for the Arts Box Office is conveniently located just off of the lobby and is open one hour prior to the start of performances for pickup of Will Call tickets. Simply provide the Box Office worker with your last name and they will issue you your tickets. For shows at Buck Hall, the box office is located in the lobby of that building and is open one hour prior to the start of performances.
Do you have accessible seating?
Wheelchair-accessible seating is located in the Orchestra level of the Williams Center for the Arts. For more information, please contact the box office at 610-330-5009.
Can I meet the performers?
Artist meet-and-greets are organized at the discretion of the artist and artist’s management. We do not grant backstage access or otherwise facilitate patron access to artists or their management.
Can I take photos?
Unless otherwise announced in the program book and at the performance, the use of still, video, and digital camera or audio recording equipment is strictly prohibited at all times in the theater.
What happens if there is inclement weather?
Inclement weather is not a cause for cancellation. As long as the artist is able to make it to the theater, the show will go on as scheduled. There are no refunds or exchanges due to bad weather. If the status of a show does change, an announcement will be posted on our social media pages and our ticketing website. An email will also be sent to patrons who previously purchased tickets and provided their email address.
